LIVE Group Workouts
Most weeks there are 2 LIVE group workouts - these are recorded and put onto the site as well - so there is always something new to try.

Motivation 
Within the group we will be doing different activities, challenges and games to help you stay motivated.
You will be set up with a monthly assessment so you can not only see your improvements but also what you might want to work on next.

A Private Facebook Group 
Where you will have access to me to ask any questions you have on the program, and I can review your videos so you are confident you are doing it right. 

Group Coaching Calls 
Every month you will be able to join a group coaching callwith me. This will allow you to make sure your program is right and answer any questions you have.

As part of your membership you will get access to any new programs I create, such as the pregnancy program, mobility program, pelvic floor program etc

This is like having a personal trainer. I think you should charge more, but am glad you don't. I can do any program and follow along, but I never realized before that just because I can, doesn't mean I'm doing it RIGHT. And that's where the ability to even do something as simple as post videos and have you review them is tremendous! I've been trying out a couple of different things this week and all I keep thinking is "am I doing this right? I wish this person/program /etc. offered personal reviews and better explanations like Katrina does".

Types of Activites you can Expect in the Membership 
  • Office hours/group coaching: Once a month I have office hours or group coaching calls so you can ask your questions and be set up for success for the rest of the month
  • Group Workouts: Do a workout together, just login at a set time and do a workout with me and others in the community 
  • Games and Challenges: Every few months we will have a fun challenge or game to get motivation going, things like fitness bingo, create your own workouts, follow a meal plan - the list goes one
  • ​Monthly Tips: Every month their will be a theme from one of the pillars, based on that theme you will be given some quick tips and/or information to help you
  • Guest Speakers: I will be asking some Guest speakers to come in and answer questions
  • Q&As and Hotseats: Every week there will be a live Q&A and hotseat - where I will answer your questions and review your videos

NOTE: to avoid overwhelm only a few of these activities will happen each month, this way you can work on the main activities within the membership.

What happens if I haven't completed the 8 week progression or Pelvic Floor Freedom program yet?
This is IDEAL for you, as part of the membership will be to continue working through that with my support. Then once you are ready for the belly blast program you will be able to start working on other pillar areas.
Don't let the work that you started go to waste and slip back into old habits keep the new habits going and keep moving forward..
But I have completed Strong Mom - is this still relevant for me?
YES! I don't know about you but I still need motivation to keep on track and not slip back into old habits and there are still some areas of the circle of confidence that I have not made it to the centre of!
BUT if you feel confident in all 6 pillars, then you do not need this membership - keep doing what you are doing and give back in the other communities to help others move forward.
I have decided to have surgery - is this membership still relevant for me?
YES! Whilst surgery brings your core together it does not teach your how to load your core correctly, correct your alignment, help you with motivation or eating habits (it actually made mine worse), nor give you motivation to workout.
Do I need access to the internet?
YES. The program and all the videos are accessed via a membership site on the internet. You can download the programs and written instructions, but you will need to view the videos on the internet.
Will this help my diastasis even if it has been a long time since I had my child/children?
Absolutely! Building core strength, improving posture and reducing bloating is appropriate for any stage post pregnancy.
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes, they are all at home based workouts, however you will need to get some equipment
What equipment do I need?
You will need dumbbells - be prepared to purchase heavier ones as you move through the program, you need bands that attach to a door, and then there are some other required equipment as you progress to increase the intensity of the exercises
 Can I do this while pregnant?
Yes, and within the group we can talk through modifications as well - Pregnancy will also be one of the monthly topics within the membership
 How do I get access to the membership site? 
When it is ready I will be emailing out the link to everyone - so keep an eye on your inbox! If you misplace the link simply email me at support@katrinaoakley.com or ask in the Facebook group and I will resend you your information as soon as I can
 What happens if I cancel my membership? 
I will be sad to see you go, but you will have access till your membership runs out and the I will remove your access from the membership site and the Facebook group. If you decide to come back at a later date then you will need to pay the current membership rate, you will not go back to your current rate.
